McHappy Day is McDonald’s biggest annual fundraising event for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). Its aim is to raise money for the many programs at RMHC to help seriously ill kids and their families.
The McDonald’s GWN Junior Sports Trust (MGJST) has been developed to provide regional schools, junior sporting teams, junior sporting clubs and junior sporting associations with equipment or funding to increase participation in a chosen sport.
I wanted to talk about an activity that I consider to be of utmost importance; McDonald’s approach to sponsorship, and our varied programs of community support.

McDonald’s Kalgoorlie will soon complete an upgrade to its facilities by installing a dual lane drive thru order taking system, improved collection booth, upgraded front counter and more.

To operate a successful, sustainable business you need committed, engaged and well trained employees. Great people are integral to the success of the McDonald’s brand and they are essential in my restaurant on a day to day basis.
